ABOUT ME

Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional psychotherapist can make things a little better.

I care about your well-being and I can help you to shift your focus and move towards your life goals. I can provide you with all the tools you need in order to learn how to move on from life's challenges and tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have been working within NHS mental health services for 11 years and have undertaken extensive professional training to deliver evidence-based psychological therapies.

I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I have also undertaken specialist training to work with long term health conditions (LTC). I take a person-centred approach to work collaboratively and flexibly to tailor therapy to your individual needs.

I currently practice as a Senior Psychological Therapist and Clinical Manager within a busy inner London primary mental health service. I work with adults exhibiting a range of disorders which range from mild to severe presentations. Within my NHS practice, in addition to delivering 1:1 therapy, I also deliver group therapy and facilitate workshops.

For private consultations I aim to be flexible around your needs and schedule.
